Horse B&B

Horse B&B

We voluntarily maintain a number of pastures in the area by letting our herd of horses graze on them. The challenge we have taken up is to restore and maintain the meadows in such a nature friendly way. That this is also very horse friendly needs no explanation. It is an instructive but expensive project that will take several years to complete. Planting trees to obtain a better soil structure, constructing and restoring watercourses, bringing the grassland into a natural balance. Wooded banks as a hiding place for grazing animals. To cover the costs we have decided to rent out a meadow with shelter like a horse b&b. As a guest of our holiday home you can let your horse stay overnight. In this way you can discover the beautiful Ardennes on horseback. Your horse stays in a stable with a meadow and has access to hay, straw and water.

Even if you don't have a horse, you can enjoy our meadows as a guest for a small voluntary contribution. It is situated next to a nature reserve where birds, wild boar, deer and foxes can be spotted from our meadow. At the end of September you can hear the deer howling. Picking flowers and herbs. Making flower mandalas in April and May. There is a yoga/meditation terrace.
